Do you do refunds?
I'm committed to providing you with high-quality work, so when you make a booking and pay your non-refundable deposit, I reserve that day exclusively for your shoot.
If you cancel before our shoot with fair notice and have paid the full amount, I can arrange a refund for you of the full amount minus the deposit. However, once we have done our shoot together, refunds won't be processed.
Do you offer quoted shoots?
Of course, we do! Let's have a chat and see what is the most suited package for you and your family!
Where do you shoot?
I have a few places I love to shoot at but ultimately, you get to pick your favourite location!
What if I have to cancel?
I get it, sometimes life happens and we don't have control over it, this is why you can reschedule with me!
